[@IceHeart] What are your opinions on possible part-dragon characters, or those who gained dragon attributes/status or such via magic? Would such things be allowed? Discouraged? Forbbiden? 

I know dragons are pretty powerful by YGGDRASIL or New World standards, so i wanted to ask this ahead of time to make sure.
