I am still thinking of how to deal with those who are frequently missing team members and the like. It holds them back, and its a problem that definitely needs to be looked into and fixed so you guys can get into the action again. I may bring up ideas regarding this sooner or later.

Or maybe really soon. Depends on how quickly the solutions pop into mind. I do promise you that I will not ignore my role's job.
