Right, okay. It might not ACTUALLY be ENTIRELY blasted to hell, but it's an effective no-man's-land between the Justinians, whom are besieging the Turqoise Lord's stronghold, and the Turqoise Lord who is protecting it.
This might not be the case for the upper one, but for the lower one it definitely is.
