A good question. I admit that I've never GMed something quite like this so I really couldn't say with certainty. I intend for there to be an overall plot that the various characters will work towards and interact with, but I also foresee a fair bit of casual happenings that doesn't impact the plot much. I can't really say for certain, I'm sorry for that but I will attempt for there to be an overhanging plot that people can work towards if so inclined.

What I can say with near certainty is that the classes that the characters will be partaking in(school after all) won't have to be actually roleplayed unless wanted/needed. There will be characters who are teachers that will be an option, however actually forcing people to both write and sit through lectures online for fun seems very much not.
