Yeah it'll be awhile and it will depend on how you handle your Primary Characters. With potentially a 20 players cast, I'm thinking only around 4-6 would get Secondaries. Depends on how well you work with others, how your character evolves with the cast and builds relationships [good and bad], and how skilled you are as a writer. I'm not saying I want a novel or even an Advanced Level post from anyone. I just want to see good characterization, dialogue that doesn't suck and sound super corny every line [imagine how people talk in the real world then imagine your characters saying half the shit they do in games... sometimes it really does sound too corny...], and an all around fun experience for everyone involved. 

You've all heard the expression 'a man's man' right? What I want to see is a Player's Player in everybody. Help break in some of these new guys/gals to the Guild and make this game something everybody can be proud of. Collaborate, discuss plot points in the OOC and PMs, etc. and make this game as awesome as it has the potential to be.
