Indeed, after several weeks of debate the final list was drawn up. Still not sure if I 100% happy, but I'd be less happy at the prospect of never actually doing the RP because of it.
Since I'll be asking you lot to actually come up with magic and junk I suppose it only kind to actually tell you the list of course so here you go.

-Earth: Rocks and junk.
-Water: Liquid and junk.
-Air: Do the windy thing.
-Fire: Flame and junk.
-Spatial: Relating to the physical location of something. Everything from telekinesis to teleportation in this school.
-Mental: Things relating to the mind, ranging from telepathy to illusions.
-Spirit: Things of a more ghostly nature, such as creating wisps and seeing through their 'eyes'.

Mind it's not an overly long list and I'm certain some(many) things fall through the cracks. This list can no doubt be expanded or changed and if anyone any good suggestions I'll hear them.
