[@Burning Kitty] How did Guardian come to the conclusion Ra's daughter was dead? Nobody but Batman and Slade saw the body, and Batman didn't exactly come out of the bunker screaming what was down there?

The League of Assassins won't be coming back until the next arc. Slade was their man on the inside as they knew who he was under the mask and that his daughter had been taken as well. Need to figure out something else to scream to Guardian's people.
