[@Unknown100]He's probably still at the diner unless a good part of time has passed. He's passively waiting for leads to show up. If you guys really want to see more of him he could be watching the news or something along those lines. Usually when he does his work it's a quick matter to find the guy and gun him down in some sort of fashion this isn't his usual MO so he's just kind of waiting.
