Still a gentlemen til his dying moment he would always stop to act cordial to whoever he crosses path with, given that they lack a certain royal ancestry. His confident of his prowess and abilities, both as a fighter and a field medic, and will be ready to lay down arms with whoever harms his pride, revealing a vicious and animalistic nature.
Likes:

Being pampered
Cooking for others
Raw meat
Adventure
Chases
Dislikes:

Other World Nobles
Slavery
Wasted food
Lightning/thunder
Furries
Skills/Talents:
An accomplished chef having been tutored by world-class chefs in different types of cuisines, learned in basic Grand Line-related knowledge and familiar with the inner workings of CP9 and by extension, the World Government.
Motivations/Goals/Dream
To prove such a thing as a 'good' World Noble exists. Rid the world of corrupt and immoral people in power, i.e. the World Nobles.
Reason For Joining
He longs for a pride to call his own, a group of friends he could happily laugh, drink, fight and die with and the captain's invitation seems like the perfect opportunity to find a pride.
History/Bio:
Raised as a prince to a royal family of one of the many kingdoms under the World Government Seijin would grow up as a child lusting after adventure. However tragedy will strike in the form of pirates who raided and reduced his kingdom to ashes, slaughtering hundreds of people alike indiscriminately. And a week later a Navy fleet had landed on his home island to investigate and find Seijin underneath some rubble, only a few feet from where his parents had been slain, the World Government had hastily swept this under the rug, not willing to let the world know of their utter failure to protect a whole kingdom from pirates. The former prince himself was enlisted into the Navy for a few years that he could have done without, growing bitter of them to cover up the tragedy that was the slaughter of his people. Fast-forward to when Seijin grow up to become eighteen of age and he has long abandoned the Navy, instead choosing to live it out in South Blue far from the clutches of the World Government. However after crossing paths with a certain pirate crew, a half-hearted fight, too many drinks and a handshake will the once-prince would sail the seas with this newfound group for the town of Twin Peaks to start his new life of adventure, but little do they know what secrets he has laying beneath his facade.

Relationships
Family/Friends:

World Nobles - The family he was regretfully born into, who despise how Seijin would go far to help those of 'lesser descent' and his decision to accept CP9's invitation as a recruit. The farthest thing from a 'family' to him, this is evident as given the first chance to do so he cut all ties with the Tenryūbito and left all privileges that came with it behind.
CP9 - His former comrades who, even with shared blood and sweat from hard training between them, have no warm feeling to share with Seijin. Now only a high priority target given his knowledge of the Six Powers and know-how behind the organisation.
Dynamics: -
Combat Information
Name :
Rokushiki (Six Powers)
Type:
Fighting Style Based
Explanation:

As according to his profile graded by CP9 instructor, Seijin's usage of Rokushiki has each been graded on a scale from 0 to 10. Geppo - 2
Whilst not yet sufficient to be airbone, Seijin's Moon Step allows him to make his way down from high places with scarcely any damage at all.
Tekkai - 8
Easily the most developed out of all his Six Powers, the Iron Body allows for an incredible defence and with an altered fighting style can even be used offensively; the best defense as a good offense.
Shigan - 3
Though far from being proficient with the Finger Gun he makes up for this shortcoming through the use of Járngreipr, amplifying the penetrating power of his jabs.
Rankyaku - 3
Seijin's Storm Leg is subpar to the average CP9 agent's, but what he lacks in finesse and technique he compensates with power.
Soru - 6
The speeds his Shave reaches is certainly impressive but still can be improved on, being well suited to run to or away from combat scenarios but much more likely to be used to chase down opponents.
Kami-e - 1
With his dependency of Tekkai to tank the hits in place of avoiding them hence the Paper Art being the weakest out of all the Rokushiki.
[s]Rokuogan[/s] - Knows of its existence but without complete mastery of all Six Powers is yet unattainable.

Combat Personality/Style:
In combat Seijin serves a crucial role as an offensive tank, often choosing to to take the initial charge, his Tekkai being well suited to withstanding attacks and overall act as the crew's 'shield' continuously throughout a fight. Either way he is constantly in the midst of the actions and regularly takes the most damage out of all his crewmates after a battle.
Strengths :
Seijin is favoured to win against individuals who specialise in brute strength, as his Iron Body and endurance will have him withstand most physical attacks and can act as a damage control-tank who acts to have a group's focus on him for periods of time. The most ideal situation for him would be to fight in close quarters with someone that aims to drag the fight out and has little way in defense, so in layman terms; a rogue. Outside of combat and cooking he has little practical use with his specific skill sets.
Weaknesses:
Someone who is Seijin's superior in physicality; strength, durability and endurance, can easily control the flow of the fight in the first stages. Also the Iron Body is susceptible to damage from multiple opponents so a rush from many low-leveled thugs will pose a threat to his defense. The worst opponent to pit against him would be a mid to high ranged attacker that can pick Seijin out from a long distance using ambush tactics to do so before Tekkai is used.
Experience:
Truth be told, Seijin's worth in actual fighting experience is rather limited to only low-level pirates he came across during his short time sailing across Paradise, from Marine Base to Twin Peaks. Still given his CP9 training combined with his innate fighting talent I would place at around pre-Gear 2nd Luffy,
Equipment:
Járngreipr: Gauntlets of a black gold-steel alloy, once owned by one of the Twenty Kings.
Sample Techniques:
Iron Law Tekkai: Adamantine Tekkai: Lariat Shigan: Bunker Buster Rankyaku: Roaring Gale

Meta Information:
Character Growth Plan:
Hopefully Seijin will quickly befriend his crew, forging bonds of friendship befitting that of nakama and while doing so his hate for the World Nobles, whilst reasonable, will settle down from 'raging at the very mention of them' to 'controlled anger' or something like that.
Combat Growth:
Gaining complete mastery of Rokushiki and with it Rokuogan and incorporating Haki into his fighting style. Plans for becoming a Devil Fruit.
Planned Story Points/Arcs:
A kill order being placed on Seijin by the Gorosei or some high World Government official or maybe even the Tenryūbito where CP9 and/or Admiral attempts to kill him and he contemplates whether or not to leave the crew to save them from the consequences of having him onboard. Vaguely inspired by Nico Robin's ordeals during the Water 7-Enies Lobby Arcs. *EDIT* Him eating a rare powerful Devil Fruit offered up as a bribe from either the World Government or the Tenryūbito but only to immediately flee after consuming it to tick the party in question off.
History:
His heritage as formerly being one of the World Nobles and his tutelage under the Cipher Pol Number. 9 He would not announce/disclose both of these openly in fear of calling the attention of the World Government who would then hunt him down to the ends of the earth. I would rather this be explained as the story point I have planned up above comes into fruition.
Other:
-
