It was peaceful, as it always was when the sun dipped below the visible horion and out came the moon and all of its glorious stars. When the temperatures would drop to a more suitable climate, and the sounds of nature would quiet down and become more gentle and soft, not wanting to awaken its sleeping inhabitants. As the man outside nezt to the roaring fire kept watch, a woman lay motionless within the tent, sleeping the night away - Or, as best as she could. Sleeping on the ground would always have its disadvantages, one being that it was impossible to get comfortable when sticks and stones prodded you every time you moved. She would rouse, a soft sound involuntarily expelling from her lips as her dreams slowly faded away, and her conscious would push her back into reality. Groggily blinking open her eyes, she'd take a moment to assess her surroundings as her senses began to awaken along with her. The scent of the earth and trees, paired along with the fire crackling outside greeted her first, paired with the gentle sounds of the surrounding forest. She'd gather her arms beneath her in order to push her into a siting position, a yawn coming from her as her hands came up and rubbed the sleep from her eyes, before a hand came up and ran through her long and brown locks, turning her gaze to the entrance. She'd lean forward, peaking through the folds at the man that sat viligantly outside, and would pause. She'd take a moment to stand up and exit the tent, standing up straight once she was outside and stretching her arms above her head, arching her back to stretch out her stiff muscles, before letting her limbs drop, in which she'd glance down at the man sitting next to her. "Anything exciting happen while I was asleep? You certainly look like it was a busy night." She'd eye the untouched weapon of choice that lay beside him, sarcasm evident in her voice. "Seems like it's been quite the handful. Shall we switch?"
