[@DarkRecon]Your Special Abilities section and your Items section should be blank. Items are earned in-game in GM events. The GM will award items during missions or as mission completion awards.

Special Abilities as it says in the OP are abilities you only earn in a mission in a world your character does not originate from. They are optional. If you level up in the universe of Sonic the Hedgehog and you do not want to give your character an ability from that world, you do not have to. You can instead give yourself a General ability.

General abilities are abilities that come from your character's game. They can be an ability OR they can be a weapon. You CANNOT award yourself 1 ability and 1 weapon. You can only pick one per level up.
