Sylvia's parents had helped her gather all the necessary items needed for an adventure, but her mother kept insisting that she bring the onesie she bought for Sylvia on the journey. Sylvia had felt that it would be embarssing for anyone to see her in that outside of her family's home, but eventually Sylvia caved in to her mother's wishes and packed it alongside everything else. "Berry pouch, check. Extra change of clothes, check..." Sylvia mumbled to herself as she went over the final check to make sure everything was packed away safely. Once assured that everything was in place, Sylvia zipped up the rugged travelling backpack that her father gave as a present, and heaved it over her shoulders. Expecting it to be heavy, Sylvia was pleasantly surprised at how light it was. Leave it up to a former trainer to know how to carry their belongings, Sylvia thought, walking over to where her parents were eating breakfast. Greetings were exchanged, and her mother offered a small portable meal for Sylvia to eat if she was hungry later. Embraces ensued, and Sylvia was sent off on her way as they both waved farewell at each other until she took another dive for the ground. Not wishing to worry her parents, Sylvia quickly stood up again and brushed off her knees. Flashing her parents a thumbs up, Sylvia soon took off for her adventure, walking paths she had hardly traveled before. Walking down the first route was easy, but once Sylvia reached Aquacorde Town, it was crowded as could be. Both people and Pokémon had claimed the city as a whirling mass, and it was nearly impossible to get around as Sylvia struggled through the crowd. A few merchants pestered Sylvia to buy their goods, but she respectfully declined and carried on, hoping not to be late for the ceremony that was to be held. Eventually after a moment of surfing through the busy streets, Sylvia reached the edge of Aquacorde, where the bridge to Santalune Forest had begun. Not wishing to forget this moment, Sylvia pulled forth a camera, snapping a picture of the busy and now festive bridge, and a few of the bustling town to show her parents when she returned from her long adventures. It was good to remember every moment of what was to be her epic, and Sylvia didn't want to forget even the slightest bit.
[@Natascha]
