I added something to the story. Which was just the looks of the village. I re-read it and realized I didn't add the smaller outside village. I had a pic saved which I now added in - I is mad I forgot. 
In short, there is also a small outter village where some people live, mainly guard huts though, a bar, and beggar areas. There is an opening in the mountain that leads inside to the rest of the village - guards typically roam the outter village 24/7. Inner two levels of the Sanctuary have remained the same.
