[@vancexentan] Well the thing is your wrong about that. Doesn't seem like you play a lot of MMOs though. Level doesn't really matter all that much. What matters are the items/consumables and equipment let alone skill. Ainz's guild had the most world breaker items, items so strong that they changed the world's balance.
The guild itself is famous for its possession of eleven world class items, the most out of any guild in YGGDRASIL, and its creation of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, the most difficult dungeon which no one could conquer.
Furthermore, you have no idea how this game was really played. By the looks of it, to invade it you had to pass a dungeon, not neccessarily fighting the guild members themselves but rather their dungeon traps and machinations. They could have spend a substantial amount of money building their dungeon to be the strongest. Look at their NPCs. Without a world breaker item even a level 100 would have difficulty fighting them.
The guild came into possession of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, an underground guild base that consisted of six floors. Ainz Ooal Gown then came to the decision that they would make this the most evil lair possible. The guild at it's peak had 41 members and they poured their hearts and souls into making Nazarick, upgrading the place to consist of ten levels and filling it with hundreds of personally created NPCs to guard it. Moreover, they had placed all sorts of monsters in their guild base in order to eliminate invading players. Eventually, they were attacked by one of the largest gatherings in the game. A host of 1500 players and mercenary NPCs attacked them, but were finally defeated on the 8th floor.
Please read carefully before you post. There were 1500 players and NPC mercenaries. You don't know the players/NPC ratio so you can't say for sure. And as I mentioned before, they build the best dungeon, poured their time and earnings to upgrading it to the fullest. This isn't a flat out 41 vs 1500 battle. The 1500 people entered the dungeon where most of them were NPCs for all you know. And not necessarily everyone was level 100 per say but that doesn't mean that not a lot of people were that level. It just means that a few level 89/99 etc joined in the fight like newbies gathering for fun. This, ignoring the fact that even NPCs might've not been full level 100 when you don't even know the player/NPC ratio. In every single MMO you can reach max level in a few days if not a week tops. This game had been out for years, it's illogical to say that there weren't a lot of max level players. And the fact that it was closing means that almost no new players joined it and this leads to the fact that most of the remaining population is high/max level only focusing on raids and dungeons.
