Christine groaned upon hearing that, Graham had recruited some of her people to this pointless war. "Yes...I am sorry to hear that. I just want to reinforce my previous statement. That none of us wish for war, or conflict - most if not all of them are suffering from Deep Amnesiac Syndrome..." she spoke, sighing as she rubbed her head and hair.

"Yes...sadly one able to easily gather the red dust into a glass jar and then it's a simple matter of having an explosion nearby or somebody just stepping one mine filled with that stuff to blanket an entire area," she sighed in reply. "As for anybody else getting it? No. It's held in only one place, and my own people make sure nobody can get it out...untill one of our own did it."

"The only way is to eliminate whom brought it out. Graham and his ilk," she replied, before looking at General Shu.

"I am sorry this had to happen. I am...once was a Brotherhood of Steel member. I know your relationship with our organization isn't the best. But our original ideal in all, was to simply prevent such technology from getting out and harming people. Like it has happened now. I take responsibility for this. The Cloud is contained in the Sierra Madre - even if you would try to bomb or forbid try to destroy it in nuclear fire - it'd most likely just spew all that dangerous radiated dust into the air and likely blew it out into the Mojave."

Barely skeletons with flesh only at their joints or hanging from inside their marrow. "That was the weapon of the Old World. It turns you...into that. Robs your mind of your sanity, understanding.
