Floating midair with it's face covered in a void-like black hood. The voice coming from the being was distorted.

Welcome to a Re:CREATORS roleplay, if you wish to join the fray do post your character's into the following format, and I will be using the rules made by former thread-maker Ryougu.

Rules are simple.
1. You cannot forcibly stop an opponent from casting a spell, blocking is legit, though.
2. No mind readers/Controllers, I've seen it happen before, it's not pretty.
3. Our powerscale goes up to blockbuster. If an attack would be capable of destroying more than a city block or factory, it is not legit. As you'll find out, though, blowing up entire city blocks will trigger military and/or players of justice.
4. PK'ing is legit. But as usual requires player or GM permission.*
5. Advice rather than a rule; you can't solve all your problems by punching them.
6. No Godmoding.
7. I'll decide how things proceed onwards regarding major movement or things requiring massive NPC control or reactionary effects. I shall try be here as often as possible.
8. OCs only. No canon-characters will be allowed, for the sake of creativity. Regardless, your character will be a part of popular media and thus well known IC.
