It has many facility for your dueling needs such as a large indoor arena, equipped for both action and regular duels alike and while the rather moderately sized school is not equipped to handle action duels, there is a special course third year students can take as they are likely of legal age, that allows them to ride the real thing in the stadium through school sponsoring in order to raise the next generation of turbo duelists. For this roleplay, we will be playing first years. The inexperienced bunch in this school.

The Male Uniform consists of... -A white shirt (with the school logo of three concentric rings of red ,yellow, blue, (from out to in) located on the breast pocket) -a plain black sweater, once again wearing the school logo. -An optional jacket that is commonly seen in other duel schools, this jacket must be worn on day trips however. It is a simply and tidy black and once again has a breast pocket with the schools logo emblazoned upon it. -Plain trousers (usually black, though dark blue is sufficent.) -Plain Socks (colours are optional in this regard.) -Appropriate formal footwear

-A white shirt (with the school logo of three concentric rings of red ,yellow, blue, (from out to in) located on the breast pocket) -a plain black sweater, once again wearing the school logo. -An optional jacket that is commonly seen in other duel schools, this jacket must be worn on day trips however.
In the case of accessories the school is perfectly fine with letting things like ties, or neckwear slide. However earrings and extensive jewellery is prohibited, simply because the school doesn't want to be sued by someone getting injured by them. Headwear is also not prohibited unless it is a day trip.

The school has a curriculum heavily focused on the aspect of duel monsters as you would expect from the school. It also features a few other important lessons such as Math, English and Physical Education among others.
Years are sorted by age groups and divided into two halves in order to make teaching easier. (though for all intensive purposes everyone in this RP will be in the same half) Each year holds exams at the end of each season, in order to look at students progress. The important one being the final exam which dictates class placements for the next year.
First years commonly hold people of 16 years of age give or take a year, The first year is commonly spent finding a students foundation and gives a general all around education in order to teach a student how to duel. They are commonly looked down upon by third years as being newbies or novices.

Second years commonly hold people of 17 years of age give or take a year. The second year is spent specalising from the first year. Where the results of the last years end of year exams helps to earn you leeway to get on your preferred courses while also deciding which of the two classes your in (higher or lower).

Third years commonly hold people of 18 years of age give or take a year. This year is spent honing skills and becoming the best possible duelist one can be. Students in this year are commonly allowed to participate in tournaments as well as be taught how to turbo duel via school funding. The results of the second years final exam decides which class you are placed in.

Optional courses are able to be taken by those that wish to take them, they are about specific summoning methods and lessons on how to better a duelist in those summoning methods.
Extra deck methods (A course focused on the different extra deck summoning methods) Pendulum (has its own optional course) Action dueling. (additional time spent action dueling and learning showmanship. It is one of the mroe popular courses and spots fill up very quickly) Standard Dueling (A simple course about honing ones own all around dueling techniques, basically the schools variant of fight club. Generally just spent to learn from your peers through dueling.)

Dormitories are split by both sexs and year groups. Each year group has two dormitories to facilitate this and each of these years dorm groups are located in a separate building on the school grounds, Secondly, Each room is usually sorted out by students with the ones closest to the toilets and therefore the ones with the fastest access to the showers usually being filled up quickly, Dorms are capable of holding up to three students comfortably, though usually only two students would take a room at any time. Any disputes among students about room placements such as a student attempting to take a room to themselves are swiftly punished by the dormitories manager. The dorms also have a group common room for rest time and general relaxation out of lessons for each year group.

Students are within their power to set up and run their own clubs after in after school hours. These clubs can be a representation of a variety of things. In order for a club to be set up, the idea must be set forward to the principle. Funding for a club in the event it requires something expensive is handled by the student council. All cards that fall under the numbers jurisdiction This is due to the fact that the numbers are either Astrals memories (1 - 100) or the barian numbers (over 100) which puts them in limited supply and thus makes it basically impossible for them to be in the hands of our characters. Signer Dragons and their subsequent Evolutions. Black Rose, Stardust, Fairy Dragon, Red Dragon Archfiend, Black-Winged Dragon and Life Stream Dragon. This also include manga signer dragons like Beelze. Ultimaya Tzolkin and Baalbakin. This is because they are effectively god deitys The Pieces of Exodia (purely because Auto winconditions are unfun to rp against) Yubel and her evolutions. (In terms of the anime Yubel is the guardian of the sacred king and due to also being a spirit of how power It is again unlikely anyone else would possess it, so she is banned) The Seal of Orichalchos (obvious reasons) The Egyptian Gods They wouldn't be in the possession of anyone in the school The Sacred Beasts Only one of each exists and they were return to their original location The Wicked Gods Again, Impossible for it to be in any person in the schools possession The Evil Planets. This includes the Tripper Mercury etc. These are also unlikely to be in the hands of anyone in the school due to the extremely limited supply Z-Arc and composite parts. Odd-eyes Dragons, Starve Venom Dragons, clear wing dragon and subsequent evolutions, Odd-eyes Rebellion and subsequent Evolutions along with Z-ARC himself Supreme King cards
How cards will be dealt In the event you need cards to be added to your deck they will be received through events and the like. Maybe one day when your opening a booster you stumble across the exact card you needed. Or maybe you received it from defeating a powerful foe. These way power progression is controllable and creates some balance among players. Custom Cards Custom cards will be allowed for this role play, however customs will be thoroughly moderated in order to maintain a fair playing field. Do not take this as a means to overflow it with customs. Secondly creating cards that are direct improvements over existing cards in the same archetype are simply going to be denied unless good reasoning is applied to why it would need to exist.
Name: Attribute: Type: Level: Effect: ATK/DEF:

Name: Card Type (spell or trap and then what type such as counter, quickplay continous field etc) Effect:

-No godmodding, Power-playing, bunny hopping, or forcefully taking control of another players character. I have no tolerance for this type of stuff as it ruins the experience. -Follow all rules set on the site. -Please do not cause fights with other players in the rp in the OOC, if anyone has any problems with anyone. Please inform myself as the GM and I will look into these issues. -If anyone wishs to quit the rp, please inform the other players in the OOC or myself in a private message. -In duels that are non-scripted, players that are seen to have either stacked their deck will be dealt with accordingly as it is similar to god mode. The easiest way around this is to assign a number to each card in your deck and use a random number generator in order to draw the cards. -In terms of posting, wait until two people have posted before posting again. (this creates a fair speed for people to catch up with the IC in the event they fall behind.) -Duels are fought with 8000 LP (contrasting the animes 4000 LP, simply because 4000 LP tends to cause too much unbalance in certain aspects of the game, namely burn.) -Certain skills like Rank-up/down, and Accel synchro will likely have to be learned in rp before you are actually capable of using them so bare this in mind. -Finally, My word is law and thus I have the final say. -Please write Kuriboh in other to show the rules have been read.
If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask
