Welcome to the Lost mines of Phandelver the standard rule set for D&D 5e applies, if you have any questions at all please feel free to message me or drop your questions down below. 

To keep this clean and easy we're going to run with a post order which will be decided based on the confirmed players. However the way battle will work will be with the iniative system. I will get you all to roll when a battle is about to begin, and PM me your results, from there I will post the initiative order in the begin battle post, this is so that we don't have a million posts of just dice rolls, If there are things that would result in a roll that I am doing I will let you know and get a roll outside of the game and post the results in my post for you to make it cleaner.
