It still is, but the story itself more or less revolves around the Kingdom of the mortal races versus the kingdom of the damned if you will.  The Mad King did not summon the dragon per say, rather he freed him from his eternal prison by breaking the seal that had him sealed away; perhaps, as a result, the seal also broke open a gate to the Demonic realm.  Monsters are real in this RP and we will encounter them.  :)
