[@Hazy] [@sassy1085] Hearing the boy who called himself Nils speak of her mother, Xade perked up. She was pleased at the spark of a chance that she might not be some completely unknown entity in the world outside where she'd been living. She'd spent so much time with just her mother and her servants that it was refreshing now to talk in this manner. Though, she didn't quite understand the sudden change in direction to the conversation. Her head slight quirked to the left as she replied. "Well, yes, though mother doesn't put it that way; she says that she had to and for very good reasons. I don't quite understand them or her motivations. The Magic Mirror says that's why I'm here, but I'm obviously not doing a very good job of it or I wouldn't be here." She shrugged as if to say 'oh well', further emphasizing the lackadaisical attitude that most likely landed her at the academy in the first place. His unfiltered questions and comments hadn't affected her in the manner likely anticipated. No one could deny she was a strange girl. She looked to the one called Madison now. "I don't have the time. Do you? I can't wait to get started and meet everyone else!" She remained apparently oblivious to the fact that this girl's perceived nervousness was most likely caused by her own relation to a nefarious villainess.
