Adam felt like something was supposed to happen while they were close, but he didn't understand what. Stupid demon factor. As Sparrow stood, Adam stood with her. He was content when she grabbed his hand once more, and a smile returned upon his lips. [b][i]"I'll try not to fall again,"[/i][/b] she laughs, and he gives a chuckle as well. "If you [i]do[/i] fall again, I'll try to catch you. [i]Try[/i]." A joke, but he would. Was that good? He watches her climbing the steps, ready to catch her if she trips again.
They got up to the gathering area, and Adam was confused when Sparrow stopped for a moment. Was something wrong with her? He was about to ask her when she lowered her voice. [i][b]"Adam, does that man seem odd to you? I think I saw him in the dining hall too, he wasn't eating, he was just watching all of us. It's kind of creepy."[/b][/i]
Adam glanced over at the man. He was quite strange. He took in a deep breath like he was nervous. In fact, he was just trying to smell if it was another demon or a mutt. He could sense the man was human. But there was something strange and more to him. He didn't smell like mutt, but didn't smell completely human. Adam shook his head.
"I don't like him, Sparrow. We...we should go. I...I have a bad feeling about him."
