Sapphire fights at point blank, using ludicrous physical strength and a massive two-handed sword. Strengths: Physical strength of monumental proportion. A host of sword-based classes and skills for melee combat. Sapphire also has wings she can unfold in order to close the distance between herself and an opponent. And an overly-cautious creator managed to add an anti-magic class to her repertoire, though admittedly it is limited to self-preservation. Weaknesses: Sapphire can’t fight at a range in the slightest; she has to be point blank. Equipment/Abilities Worthy of Note: Equipment

Faith – a massive, double-edged sword with a long handle. It weighs enough that a normal human couldn’t even lift it off the ground. Runes light up along the blade whenever Sapphire engages in battle, declaring the ultimate triumph of its wielder in a language long lost. There are other times when the blade will speak this way, as well, but none but Sapphire know what it is saying.
Hope – Sturdy platemail built to balance defense with maneuverability.
Abilities

Heart and Soul (passive) – Sapphire can sacrifice MP in place of HP.
Sent From Heaven (active) – Materializing her wings, Sapphire charges straight forward with a massive burst of speed, traveling just faster than sound.
The Ten I See (active) – A combination attack of ten strikes in rapid succession, almost guaranteed to break through an enemy’s defenses.
Sweet Nothings (active) – Words of encouragement cover Faith’s blade, granting everyone nearby with a positive alignment (friend or foe, or even mob) a temporary boost in alignment, attack, magic attack, and agility.
Cold Shoulder (active) – Targets a magic caster who is currently targeting her (or the area she is in). Interrupts the spell, stopping it and stealing 10% of the MP cost but returning 75% of the consumed MP to the caster. The spell is still sent into cooldown. Requires line-of-sight. Only works on spells, not on martial arts or on items.
How a normal human would view her: A fair, possibly even beautiful girl with strange, blue hair. Oddly quiet, though, and disappointingly expressionless. Hopefully none of the normal people learn how freakishly strong she is; that would make it readily apparent she wasn’t human. Bio/Lore: Once upon a time, in the land of Yggdrasil, there played a healer of amazing skill. His abilities were powerful, his classing was devoted to the role, and his loyalty to friend and guild was unwavering. This player called himself <==|-Guy-|==>. Lots of people disliked him. Why? Because with all the pros, there was one massive, irritating con: he never stopped flirting. Never. Girls in the guild, maidens at the market, sheilas at a show—every female he found faced his flirtations. A lot of them were angry about it, though a few of his closer friends just smiled and shut him down mercilessly. Well, the time came when Guy embarked on an epic quest to create his own NPC. As a healer, he wanted someone who could stand on the front lines for him. It needed to be someone physically strong, but hopefully with some skills to compliment his own role. And unquestionably it would be a female—one who wouldn’t slap him, unleash her most powerful attacks upon him, or nag. Thus, after much time and effort, Sapphire was born. The final days of Yggdrasil came. Guy was determined to be a part of it right up until the end, but just days before the shut-down an emergency arose and he wouldn’t be able to log on again. He turned to his sort-of friend and guildmate, SpringPuppy, with a simple request. “I can’t be there myself, but I can at least be there in spirit. Will you take Sapphire with you? Then, in a way, I’ll feel like I was still a part of it.” Now independently mobile, Sapphire still follows the man her creator entrusted her to. She says very little, often giving one-word or even no-word responses. Very little will faze her, particularly in personal interactions. She is very obedient and will do as her new leader commands, but left to herself Sapphire currently chooses to value life. It’s unspoken (most of her thoughts are), but Sapphire appears to have a mission, or a personal goal, within this new world.
Here's hoping I put all the code in correctly; it's past my bedtime already. Please send me any thoughts/critiques you have for her. (I'll open that to other people, too, beyond IceHeart; if you see something, or if you have a flash of inspiration for "this would help Sapphire as a character," please let me know!) Ah, and I already contacted [@Shioban] about working together. He graciously accepted, and I'm excited as all-get-out to go all out!
