Hey there, first let me apologize if I gave you any false excitement at seeing a response. Generally speaking, putting a 1x1 check in the advanced section isn't against any rules. Culturally speaking for the website however, people tend to post small to large group roleplays here, whereas 1x1 is usually kept in that section. No because "hur der dur" we're elitist, but because anybody looking for a 1x1 can usually be found there, as opposed to people looking for groups here. You may have better luck putting your idea up over there.
