She hadn't expected a third person to join them in the bath so soon, but it was no concern. As they were shrouded in shadows, literally, the snake could presume she was one inclined towards things of a dubious nature enough to be comfortable concealing herself even among comrades. 

Ignoring the words spoken, she sunk into the water up to her nose and began to drift towards Esther, a nefarious gleam of ill intent welling in her eyes until they too disappeared beneath the water and steam, unseen till her hands grabbed Esther's feet and pulled her under as well. 

Hijinks ensued.
