One of the people who were beside Julie grabbed her,
[b]"Now, I have no goddam clue who you are, but you seem to know our Julie. I've known her for about ten years. So believe me when I say that none of the wad your fault. She's done this before. Now, me and my friend were trying to help her out here. So, make yourself useful, and UPDATE THE GODDAM OPERATOR!"[/b]
Hearing this it finally occurred to her that her phone was still in her hand and the operator was desperate for details. 
“ma’am if you can calm down and give me more information please” the voice on the phone would say when she finally acknowledged. Her voice was shaking just like the rest of her body. 
“I c.. can… can try…” she said between sobs “I’m blind.” She would add after.
“We’ve traced your call and an ambulance is on route.” The operator said, “Is there anyone else around?” she would ask. 
Cienna would say that there was before offering her phone to the man who had yelled at her before, he was talking to Julie again.

As she waited for him to take her phone she would show him her other wrist with Julies name emblazoned on it. So that he would understand the distress that she was feeling at this point.
