" Also, fists deal 1+STR damage without a feat (you don't have that feat)," => confusion. taking 3 points of psyche damage. Some things were actually still wrong, a lot.. => flies into a rage. Feel free to check again. => will most likely still be wrong.
Looking a lot better! For Outlander (not sure if that BG was listed before, but I found it now!), you gain Athletics and Survival Proficiencies. Half-orcs gain Intimidation proficiency, and Barbarian gets 2 proficiencies from the following list: Animal Handling, Athletics, Intimidation, Nature, Perception, and Survival. You currently show four proficiencies: Animal Handling, Athletics, Intimidation, and Survival. That means you can take an additional proficiency from the barbarian list (which really leaves you with Nature or Perception, and Perception is probably a better option). If you take Perception proficiency, you should also increase your Passive Perception score. tl;dr - You get an additional skill proficiency (either Nature or Perception). I would also suggest adding Common to the languages you know (you get that from Half-Orc). I also suggest adding the description of Rage to your sheet so you don't have to look it up to understand its bonuses and limitations.
