Hey, this sounds pretty good. 

Two questions.

1) How would combat work (Guild rules aside)- would weapons be scattered around, Doom-style? Unlocked Alien: Isolation-style? 
2) Would the fact you're a soul exclude you from certain limitations (e.g. being pretty strong because you lifted in the Real World [a registered trademark])?
