It seems to me you are overly nerfing this guy.

I mean, Guilt can easily blow holes through brick walls any time of the day, and even level buildings. In addition to being pseudo-immune to physical attack, teleportation, and insta-death touch attacks.

And Comet can move fast enough that he could BUILD a house in the time it takes this man to incinerate one.

In my honest opinion I believe you are being overly harsh on his power set, and he should be allowed to have his explodey lasers.
