Like I said, we'll wait for Reg to finalize and see if he feels the restriction should be lessened some.

The main reasons for the restrictions, as I said in our talks, is mostly from the wide variety of usable powers at any given point in time.

Of course, I expect people will be a bit miffed with my Thing I've been working on, given this discussion. But as I say below, everyone has a chance down the road to increase power if they choose, and eventually take a chance if they want to.

Though you already know they idea behind that, if you remember my EC on LF. It's different, of course, but I'll still ask you to keep quiet on the subject, if you please.

I don't want to say much, but getting more powerful is a point that will come up for everyone. But as you said, Phantom doesn't have much to work with, and even then finding his body would spell death for him.
