Eden made his way toward Brielle and calmly placed his hand upon her shoulder. [i]"We should get on our way pepper."[/i] It was a silly remark, but it had a lot of emotion behind it. A cute kind of nickname he had given her as a kid and used whenever he could feel her temper or anxiety rising. He smiled at her, and gestured for her to come as they made their way onto the pathway to the school.

It was just them two now, aside from the few bits of citizens they passed and he turned to her and attempted to make a connection. [i]So what was all that back there?
