I want to fight someone in a ranked battle, in about the middle of the Powered Tier. Below are the characters I'm willing to use, though technically anything that is not WIP in the thread is open (though many of the characters that I'm not linking happen to be Naruto or Bleachverse. Those Naruto/Bleachverse characters I prefer would fight individuals within their fandom just for ease).

Extremely fast(disappears when moving at top speed); versatile weapon due to size altering magic.

Can cast almost any sort of spell or enchant objects in any variety of ways so long as they follow the rules of the system in his CS. Generally requires prep time to become powerful. Is not great in close-range combat, but isn't terrible. More of a mage than a warrior.
