Despite her very finicky memory, Eudora doubted she would ever forget that glorious moment. And if they managed to take down this new demon, perhaps Eudora should go into the demon killing business, she seems to have a knack for attracting them after all. "Let's go," Eudora said, holding onto Fairfax to help him along as they all shimmied into the tent. Eudora didn't know about the others, but there was a rising panic within her. Not the type of panic that made her want to run away, too late for that anyway, but the kind that makes you want to just jump in already and do the deed. Every step built up the beads of sweat on her forehead, her heart rate quickened and so did her pace as they entered the lion's den. But on the outside, she still held onto that calm old lady facade, beaming a smile to the rest of the group. However, that cool smile shattered into awe as she witnessed a blurry figure land on top of the demon. "Folly!" Eudora yelled out as she broke off from the group, prepared with another speech about not just disappearing like that to berate her with. But hearing the soft tink of Emmie's failed blade made her swivel around, her expression struck with worry, "Emmie, fall back!" she yelled out as Eudora pointed her shrivelled finger at Boris, fingers and lips twisting and jerking in arcane motion as a spell left off her lips. "Age nunc intellectum. Age nunc intellectum atque voluntatem omnem meam." Her voice carried loud and clear in the echoing tent, her tone shrill and piercing like a bullet. Empowered with Eudora's ancient power and rage, it struck Boris with such a force he crumpled in an instant. Blood gushing from his temples as he hit the musty floor with a dull thud. No cry of agony or twitching limbs. Just extreme stillness. Eudora was left panting at the end of it, but she never felt more alive and energised. An almost too joyous grin spread on her face, still got it, she thought to herself. "Now that's how you take someone down," she breathed out to Enimme before turning back to Faust, already twisting another deadly spell. She hadn't had this kind of fun in years.
