[hr][h3][code]Sir or Ma'am, due to the influx of students coming in this year, you and nine others are have been randomly selected to participate in evaluating the new students; this is mainly to speed up the procedure of determining how each students stands in conjunction over controlling their powers.

This task is mandatory; if you haven't finished preparing your rooms for the start of next week, you will still have plenty of time to do so after this procedure is complete.

To proceed, please report to Katherine Sinclair's office to prepare for evaluations; her office is located by the Training Rooms. If you are unaware of where this is, take one of the multiple elevators down to the Physical Education Arena. Head to the opposite side of the arena, as that's where the Training Rooms are. Pass by the receptionist and go either left or right, doesn't matter. Keep going until you see a door labeled "Evaluation Chamber;" this is Mrs. Sinclair's office.

We have alerted her that there will be others to help her with this process, so she will be aware of your arrival. Mrs. Sinclair will fill you in on the details and how you are supposed to go about this process once everyone is there.
