Okay, let me explain what is happening.

What I had just posted is a quest to retrieve those that had "mysteriously disappeared" from the village, and any attempt of searching for them has been met with either nothing or armed resistance. If you choose to accept, the party gains Elvan as a secondary character to aid them in the future.

What is a secondary character, you ask? A secondary character, for now, is a minor NPC that you can include in your posts to add flavor or interaction within them. They can be injured and hurt during combat, but death is up to Lich and I, as GMs. Otherwise, they are no more than a simple background character.
