The basic premise is that the mythical lost dwarven hold of Karak Zorn has been apparently found by a man claiming to be "Bernod Wikkbrught" and has gone to various Border Prince realsm before finding one that was willing to finance a mission to Karak Zorn which is actually located in the Badlands according to Wikkbrught after mysteriously coming across a large sum of gold in which he used to finance this mission. Of course, this being Warhammer and my overuse of quotations, you can already guess that this shit isn't what it seems to be. But your characters either don't know or don't care! Or both! Players will not be playing as individual mercenaries, but instead mercenary commanders who lead their own little dogs of war regiment who were hired to be a part of this great hired army to Karak Zorn. They can be anyone so long as there's a sufficient enough backstory that can explain them. Of course there will still be animosity between Greenskins and Dwarves, the Elves, etc., but you're all in it for the money so who the hell cares? Just work with them for this little bit and you could be wealthy beyond your dreams! That said, I will be judging your regiments and commanders and looking for lore accuracy. Not details, but I shouldn't really see a horde of Lizardmen mercenaries. While you can use a canon regiment, I'd much prefer original works. A working understanding of Warhammer Fantasy is of course very helpful. Any soldiers of fortune looking to seek their fortunes?
