[hider=Technical breakdown of cybernetics]
 Gar is a cybernetically modified human. So much so, that he actually prefers mechanics over doctors. While still mentally human, a majority of his body has been altered,or entirly replaced, by cybernetics. His chest is actually hollow, leaving only a "heart" to move the required nutrients throughout his body, keeping what flesh remains healthy. 
 His brain is the only actual organ in his body. While his muscles and bones are, for the most part intact, he has had some modifications. From his elbows on,  and his knees down, have been replaced by limb enhancers, robotic hands wih several additional workings, and enhanced physical capabilities, while his legs share similar enhancements, and function as storage, able to cool, or simply carry items of varying sizes.
 His internal organs have been replaced by a singular pump system, fueled by a special fluid with all the nutrients he requires. Oxygen is taken in through the filter at his throat.
 Each of His bones have been altered with a metal core, and joints have been given improved servos, aiding his body in physical durability and structural stability.
 Gar's mask has several visual filters, ranging from infrared, to anaylysis, and even the general xray.
 Gar's chest and ribcage are designed to seperate and open, allowing easy access to his internal pump for maintenance

Notes: while a metaphorical jackknife, Gar is restrained by several drawbacks.
 Ambient electricity can cause malfunctions in his more miscilanious additions. He wil still be able to function,but lose many of these capabilities.
 Gar is comepletly blind without his mask
 Gar still needs nutrition, about 3 times a week, but is unable to eat actual food. A device kept in his personal area will break down any food placed inside, creating a cocktail of nutriants he then pipes into his system through the nozzle in his back. Without this,he will surely die.
 Gar is a rather heavy individual, at nearly 350lbs.
 Gar requires constant personal upkeep.
 While Gar does not require rest, physical exertion causes a greater need to "refuel"
