Dante stands at 6'2, like many career soldiers he has a collection of scars earned through the years.

Personality: Dante is well adapted to the life of a soldier, since the beginning he has shown remarkable leadership skills in battle. He keeps cool under pressure and is ready to do his duty for his nation. While Dante is a good soldier and company commander, he is seen as an controversial officer  by his peers as he tends to ignore orders that he feels are pointless or that would waste lives and resources needlessly. Off the battlefield Dante has shown a remarkable empathy for the men and women under his command. Often speaking to new recruits to get to know them. He will do all he can to ensure his men are not put in unnecessary danger. 
History:born on a planet on the safely within UDSN space, to a 
retired general Anthony Smith and his wife Elizabeth Smith. Dante's childhood was a normal one. He went to school,played with friends,dated girls and every so often he would get into trouble. Though even at a young age Dante knew that he wanted to serve. Having grown up on stories of Dominion brutality and cruelty, regardless of  if it was propaganda he was brought up believing it. At the age of 17,with permission from his father, Dante enlisted as a private in the UDSN armed forces. Over the years he worked his way up to captain, earning a battlefield commission at the age of 21 for lieutenant. Over the next two years dante would be promoted all the way to the rank of captain.
