[@WanderingDragon] The multiversal console allows what is essentially a teleportation with unlimited range and uses. That is currently outside the scope of what is allowed in Expanding Horizons. 

Also, I would like to see tier/influence levels next to each ability of the console to better gauge where you feel they fall.
