In which case, [color=gray]"Of course, Wooper, fire a watergun at that Bagon."[/color] Nincada was hiding behind Wooper so there was no need for the relatively un-agile Pokémon to move, it could focus on attacking instead. More than happy at the chance to fire streams of water all over the place Wooper immediately shot a burst of water at Bagon rather vigorously. If things went according to plan this shouldn't be too difficult. Of course there was that saying, no plan survived first contact with the enemy, and things were about to get awfully contactful.
