NPCs are totally fine.

Though, going straight to Uchima right now might make it hard for interaction to occur, given that most of the players there are stuck in some Bizarro World right now.

There's a place a few blocks away from the park and into the suburbs (which is where the school's located - the suburbs, that is) where I'm getting stuff to happen, so he could head that way. I recommend reading posts that involve [@vancexentan] and any portion of my posts responding to him for an idea of what's just happened.
