As a figure in the school, Victoria is compassionate towards her students, trying to give everyone the proper guidance they need. Victoria has been known to be very critical, and that's only because she wants to see people succeed. So - with this being said, she is a bit hard on her students, wanting her students to succeed. 
She is a slight pushover - in the sense you can play on her heartstrings and sway her train of thought. Though, when she has a hard stance on something - she is not to be taken lightly. Around friends, Victoria is very carefree, its almost a 180 compared to the strict figure she is in the hallways. Don't get her started on work in her off time, you'll regret it quickly. 
In all essence - Victoria puts on a very hard front, only to hide the fact she's very easy-going.
