CROWDS is pretty great and has Iwasaki's OST, but goddamn is the original a ride.

You can tell how this thing became a classic. It's definitely a 70s superhero show, and I'm pretty sure it's either the originator or the first to do that colour-coded team with a hero, snarky number two, pink girl, little kid and big guy thing that literally every other show does after it.
