Well, Tea-Tania is like the fourth character with Elementialist - Air or Elementalist - Wind.  You tell me.

An obvious solution would be to say they that while they're technically the same class, they were built in different ways.  Given the ludicrous amount of customization in Yggdrasil, it wouldn't be out of the question.
