She cherishes her "me-time," prefers to observe before she acts, and contributes to conversation only when she thinks she has something relevant to say. Now that she is in the reform academy, she tends to focus solely on her art. Although having a lot good friends, she isn't the "nicest" person you'll ever meet. When you do hear her speak, she's often blunt, sarcastic, or brutally honest. She also has a bit of a potty mouth. She seemingly doesn't give a rats ass about anything or anyone besides herself and her beautiful art work.

She can sometimes overly guarded and secretive. When everyone is talking about more personal subjects, she is good at hanging back and not contributing; she'll end up changing the subject, taking the attention off of herself, or giving vague, evasive answers. She hates talking about herself, but loves to listen to the problems of others. When you bring her out of her shell, she's an overall fun person to be around, as long as you're someone she finds to be a decent person.[/i][/color]

[color=#832F25][i]Sevyn is a curvaceous, young black woman, standing at five feet six inches tall and weighing in at a little over one-hundred fifty pounds. Her skin is beautifully brown. Her soft-curled, shoulder length hair is dense but yielding, and thick enough to lose your fingers in. Although having a head full of gorgeous hair, Sevyn prefers to wear her hair in protective styles (braids, weaves, wigs), which allow her hair to grow quicker and healthier. There's a certain elegance in the way that Sevyn holds herself: good posture, long confident strides and head held high. She often looks taller than her height of 5'6, especially since she's always wearing heels whenever she has the chance. 

Her eyes are large and almond shaped, the brown of the irises so dark that they almost appear to be black. Her eyes are fringed with long, thick lashes. She has a short, delicate nose and perfectly arched, dark eyebrows. Her face is heart-shaped; she has high cheekbones and a pointed chin. Her lips are full and always covered with a clear lip gloss. When smiling, you can see that she has two rows of perfectly white teeth, a slight overbite present. She has helix piercings, conch piercings, tragus piercings, and lobe piercings in both of her ears. She has a septum piercing, as well. Sevyn has several tattoos: a full sleeve on her right arm, two on her left thigh, one on her lower back, and one on the back of her neck. She plans on getting more, despite her parents' disapproval.

When it comes to her fashion sense, Sevyn always tries her best to "dress to impress." Her wardrobe consists of affordable, yet stunning pantsuits, dresses, blouses, and a wide array of heels, boots, and sneakers. She likes to look her best everyday, and usually spends about an hour each morning making sure that there's nothing out of place. It's rare to see her in a state of disarray, as her mother raised her to believe that she should always look prepared and presentable, especially when she's the most frazzled. When it comes to jewelry, Sevyn does not like to be flashy. At the most, she'll wear a large pair of hoop earrings and a ring on her index finger. Every now and then, Sevyn will often visit the thrift store to find clothes that she can "revamp."[/i][/color]

Despite never actually being initiated into the gang, she spent a lot of time hanging around the individuals who have. She continuously skipped class, came home late, shoplifted, got into physical altercations, and dealt drugs. She wasn't arrested or charged for anything until a few months before her nineteenth birthday; she was caught spray painting a store building, one of her ideas. Her friends got away, and she refused to snitch. After looking over Sevyn's "clean" record and decent grades, the judge gave her an ultimatum: Redwood Reform Academy or jail. 

She really wishes that she chose jail instead.[/i][/color]
