Standing tall at 170cm Charmeine tends to tower over people.  She has a lovely smile but steely eyes.  Her figure is model perfect and her wings are huge, spanning around a meter.  She usually wears white.

* P E R S O N A L I T Y * : 
She's nice when she has to be and can be extremely strict around students.  However, in regards to the Angel Council she is one of the most kindest of their council.  She can also be very defensive (perhaps from her angel type) and can lead a defense against Angel war (as she has done 1000 years ago.)

* F A M I L Y / R E L A T I O N S H I P S *:
She's been alive too long to remember her family.  If she did, her parents and siblings probably won't remember her either. 
She's had brief flings with different angels (she has a tendency to date Archangels) but doesn't really want to get involved with anyone


* H I S T O R Y *:
Charmeine was born to a small family of age old angels.  She was taught from a very young age to do her duty and has managed to pull it off successfully throughout her adulthood.  She's been serious since childhood so it's nothing against you.
