Zack cleaned the house from top to bottom. He was excited and nervous. He had signed up to be part of the exchange because he felt like he was ready to have people in his life again. It had taken him years after his mother's death for him to find himself. He had gotten lost for while. Once he was able to find his footing and move on the huge house felt empty. He had thought about renting some of the rooms. Or turning the old Victorian into a bed and breakfast but he didn't want people that would only be part of his life a short period of time. So neither of them as an ideal solution. But the exchange was perfect because the demihumans could be part of his life permanently. 

Zack took a deep breath when he heard a knock on the door. His first demihumans was here. He was expecting two. He had had plenty of room so he didn't think it would be a problem. He wondered which one it would be as he headed towards the door. He put on his most charming smile as he opened the door. He chuckled at the woman's greeting. [color=purple]"Hello. My name is Zachary but you can call me Zack. Welcome to my home. Please come inside and make yourself at home. You can chose any of the empty rooms."[/color] He told her. This was the start of a whole new life for him.
