I like it, but you may want to clear up a bit of Victor's bio. Like why he has this death power in the first place, how he found the scythe in this cave, or even if the scythe has a name. Really curious about the scythe specifically, most important characters in Brave Frontier have a special piece of equipment, like Vargas's sword, Dandelga, or Lance's spear, Drevas. If you plan on this scythe to be something important you may want to shed some light on it.
