There she was, older despite not truly looking it unlike him, but she was alive and in good health which was a relief. And on the other hand it meant she'd stayed away and out of contact despite clearly being able to do either with ease. Alexander wanted to both hug and yell at her, and for a moment he didn't know how to react. However the decision was taken from him when Sombra spoke up. “..it’s been much too long, brother- really… you should learn to keep in better contact…” "You know damn well I couldn't!" He shouted at her uncaring that those in the inn might be able to hear, his sisters words stung, they really did. That this was her proposed greeting to him after all these years of not knowing, worrying, and wondering why. The mans fists clenched and he had to bite the inside of his cheek hard enough to draw blood to keep himself from punching the wall closest to him. Alex wasn't the same person she'd left behind, someone who might have let it roll off his back without much thought. No, the events of recent years had changed Alexander and it wasn't nearly as easy. His saving grace was his mother, stepping into the room and brushing by him to get at her daughter. It was enough to break him through what he was feeling, and let his hands go lax. "You don't get to act like that," While his voice was lower than the earlier shout he was hardly being quiet and still full of emotion, moving forwards into the room to get sight of his twin rather than having Myra between them. "Not after you walked out on this family."
