As far as Lightbridge goes, I figured I would just set it on a man-made island, a ways west of the Hawaiian Islands. Of course, that's just off the top of my head. It's meant to be something of a melting-pot, so I figure that kind of location would work.

Also, this seems like a fair amount of people. I'm still a bit weary of disappearances, so I'll leave 'recruitment' open until sometime tomorrow.
