Also like, this is a lot. You've got the clock tower primer, a crest which I'll address more once you've clarified what's actually in it, four [i]separate cultural foundations[/i] you're pulling from, and Mystic Eyes. So you'll have to trim this down, both in the name of balancing and because I just don't see how someone with just-okay talent is going to pick this many things up to decent proficiency. 

Out of hair chains, spooky shadows, forced memes, and swan lake, pick two and remove the other two. Depending on the contents of the Crest, you may be asked to remove a third.[/hider]

I'm assuming that a Crest or some form of equivalent isn't present here. Correct me if that's mistaken. Otherwise, you're good to go.
